Outside there are the large gated and closed private, secure carport for 2 cars, a luxury private/commun swimming pool (only for renters and owners) of 5 x 10 m with Roman stairs and nearby a shower in the beautiful garden and every accommodation his own terrace. The sea is 200 m away. You have the disposal of the swimming pool, your terrace, a washing machine, satellite colour television including English channels. Outside you will find sun loungers and patio furniture, palmtrees, flower-boxes and colourful bougainvilleas. The lovely bungalow has all comforts as central heating two toilets (upstairs and ground floor) and the fully-fitted American style kitchen. Smoking only outside.

Our location is at the Almadrava beaches. From the castle you have a beautiful view over Denia. Downtown is a Tourist Information Office. You find hundreds of bars and restaurants, most cheap and nice. You can make a roundtrip by train or go by ferry to Ibiza, Formentera, Mallorca or Menorca; or by boat to Xábia, Calpe and Altea. Many Golf places. A Safaripark at 5 km. Benidorm 40 km . Valencia 100 km cathedral witchapel of Holy Grail and Parque Oceanográfico. Caves 20 km of 50.000 years old. Bocairent a middle age town tipically spanish. Guadalest, 1500 high in the mountains with an unique sight on the surroundings and with a museum of the tiniest things on earth.

• Travel Info: Our Apartment is 120 m2 and independent in Villa Lydia at the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms for 4 people. A large master bedroom, big bathroom and American kitchen and a proper balcony and a sun terrace at the swimming pool. Very well furnished with Sat.T.V. and tables and chairs, parasol and sunlayers. Everything very well equipped and clean. The swimming pool is 10 x 5 m.

A 50% of the total amount will be paid on our Spanish Bank account with your reservation. The rest will be paid at your arrival in Spain. The price is based on 2 adults with 1 or 2 children. If 3 or 4 adults want to reserve, half the weekprice will be added to the normal weeprice. A refundable € 100 for damages deposit. Bedding and bed linen and also pool towels can be hired for € 15 per person with included beach towels. Renters are responsible for organising their own personal travel insurance to cover cancellation, injury, loss, damage etc. Renters cannot re let/sublet the bungalow to any other party. Any extra days to weekly hires are charged pro-rata prevailing weekly rates. Departure time is 10.00 am and arrival time 16.00 pm to allow for cleaning, washing and preparation for new arrivals. The changing day is always a saturday and we rent from saturday till saturday
