Lovely, large, 1st floor apartment DIRECTLY ON a Safe Sandy beach having panoramic views of the beach and sea from the balcony and roof terrace!!
The apartment has 1 large bedroom with ample storage space, bathroom with shower, separate kitchen with oven and hob, fridge and freezer and large lounge with a double sofa bed.
Take a 10-minute walk and you will be in the centre of Denia town with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Just a 5-minute drive up the road there is a lovely communal pool and kids splashpool

There is a large marina in Denia where you can relax in the roof top bars or take part in the various watersports available.
Lively Benidorm is half an hours drive away where you can visit Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar for its dolphins or Terra Mitica Theme Park for the brave!!
