Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, balcony apartment situated in the established residential urbanization called La Sella. La Sella is located close to the Montgo National Park and is quite hilly, which is why it has stunning views. There are many facilities, both, close by and on site with the Marriott Hotel and associated Golf Course, just 5 minutes drive. Within the urbanisation itself there are many facilities including a bar/restaurant, a mini market, Tennis Courts and horse riding and the apartments have a communal pool.  
 
La Sella lies about 6 - 8 minutes drive to the busy town of Denia in the Costa Blanca and is served by the two international airports of Valencia and Alicante.

But Denia's initial growth was as a seafaring town and it's still a working port. The old fishermen's quarter preserves its delightful cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings but nearby you'll find a modern yacht marina and the ferry terminal serving the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Menorca, Mallorca and Formentera.  
Denia's focal point is its impressive 16th century castle which dominates the town from a height of 58 metres. You can park on the outskirts of the town and walk through a tunnel under the castle into the main shopping centre.  
 
Head for the main central street, Calle Marques de Campo, named after the Marquis of Denia who used to reside in the castle. This is a wonderful place to sit and people watch - a Parisian-style tree lined avenue peppered with street cafes on both sides.  

There is an on site tennis centre, horse riding centre, restaurant & bar in La Sella. Adjacent to the apartment is the Marriott Hotel, which has Spa facilities & 3 excellent restaurants, and 2 golf courses as part of the hotel. From the main town of Denia, there are many watersports facilities (10 mins drive)

2 golf courses at the Marriott Hotel, and also nearby surrounding areas. The Beach in Denia is 10 mins drive, and another excellent beach in Javea which takes about 15 mins to drive to.
