The apartment is only minutes away from the motorway and almost equidistant 50 minutes drive from the Airports at Alicante or Valencia,making it an excellant base to explore this beautiful area.
This fantastic large ground floor apartment has everything a family or golfing fanatic would want,situated only one minutes walk to the first tee of this wonderful La Sella 18 hole championship golf course,a further 9 holes has already began to be created,the course was designed by Jose Maria Olazabal and the director of La Sella Golf Academy is Jose Manuel Carriles,The most exclusive golf academy,the most modern buggies equipped with G.P.S, Pro Shop,Driving range, Simulators and swing analysers,etc.

Denia & Javea are only a 5 minutes drive away,denia has its classy tree lined boulevard with cafe's,restaurants and is the place to buy designer wear,the best selection of spanish classic leather shoes can be bought here,there are popular markets where many a bargain can be found,large supermarket chains has become more prominent in recent years,Marcadona,the popular spanish food outlet is still the Costa Blanca's main supermarket.
HIGH STANDARD;
The property has been awarded the same as the 5*Marriott Hotel,as it has been furnished by the Marriott,and is cleaned and serviced by the house-keeping staff of the Marriott Hotel,keeping the apartment in tip top condition as you would expect when you arrive.We like to think we have everything possible to make your stay as comfartable as possible as we can,in the unlikely event,that you did have a problem,then their is an office on site and their is of course the Marriott Hotel reception which is open 24 hours a day,who will help you in any way possible.

Keys for the apartment are collected from the reception of the Marriott Hotel which is open 24hours a day for your convenience and deposited their on departure.
