Vacation Rental Description
Bedrooms:  
Bedroom 1 with twin beds, built in triple wardrobes (1 shelved). 
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, built in double wardrobes ( chest of drawers inside) 
Bathroom with shower, full size bath, bidet and WC.  
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen. Fridge/freezer, cooker (4 hob), oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Granite top.  
Living Rooms: Comfortable 2 seater sofa bed, 2 armchairs, table. Sideboard housing TV (Spanish channels only), DVD player, Radio/CD/Cassette player. Selection of books and DVD's. There is a breakfast bar with stools between the lounge and Kitchen area. 
Cleaning equipment/bath towels/linen supplied. Beach/Pool towels are not supplied. 
 
The very large terrace has a covered area with a large dining table and chairs. There are 2 sunloungers, and a bistro table and chairs. A barbeque is also available. The terrace is south facing and has sun all day. It overlooks the par 3 eighth hole of the popular Sanlucar golf course (residents gain very advantageous green fees). 
The terrace is a great place for eating 'al fresco', sunbathing, sipping the local wines/sherry and chatting with the passing golfers.  
 
Notes on accommodation 
Parking space allocated. There is 24 hours security on the site. The apartment complex has a very large, fenced swimming pool. There are also two paddle tennis courts. The complex has a bar and a few cafeterias available where meals and snacks can be obtained. The Golf Club is a popular eating place with good food at very reasonable prices. 
 
Golf 
The golf cours is an 18 hole par 72 (6500m) championship course. The club house is 5 mins walk from the apartment. The golf course has fine views over the Guadalquivir River and the Donana National Park on the opposite bank of the river. Sanlucar Golf Course is an interesting course which has a mix of links style and American target golf with obstacles and hazards.There are also several other good golf courses in the area including Montecastillo: one of the finest courses in Spain which has hosted the Volvo Masters tournament 5 times. It is possible to reach abour 12 championship courses within an hours driving.

Coast 
Sanlucar has 2 beaches with fine grained golden sands. There are sailing, canoeing and windsurfing clubs, all of which provide lessons. There are also many sandy beaches and secluded coves along the coastline. Horse riding is also a major feature of the area and there are a number of local centres, many of which offer riding lessons. Sanlucar's beach is also famous for the historic horse racing in August. This has been taking place since the 19th Century. 
 
Travel 
Jerez airport 30km. (Ryanair). Seville airport 105km, Ryanair, Clickair BA. Seville rail station 103km. Very cheap car hire is available (advice on request). Car is recommended. 
 
Distances 
Cadiz 45 mins drive. Jerez 25 mins drive. Seville 1 hour drive. Pueblos Blanco 25 mins drive. There are various supermarkets 5 min drive. A new large high class shopping centre (Las Dunas) is only a 5 min drive. The popular Aqua Park is 30 mins. 
 
Further details 
There are various Sherry and Brandy bodegas (all of them offer guided tours). There are also sites of historical interest, cinema, casino, Aqua Park, go-carting and bowling alley. This area is famous for wind surfing, kite surfing and local sailing school. It is also popular for fishing and boats can be chartered. The bull fighting season is July and August.  
 
The Doñana National Park which is Europe's largest wetlands, wildlife park is famous for the variety of species of birds. There is a twice daily boat trip to the park from the pier on the Bajo de Guia in Sanlucar. You can also explore the park in a safari jeep or on horseback
