The stunning beach at Alcaidesa is only 5 minutes drive away where you can experience the joys of a magnificent beach unspoiled by commercial development yet featuring a couple of beach restaurants where we have enjoyed the most wonderful fresh fish straight from the barbecue.

You can enjoy a relaxed family holiday or golfing break in our secure, spacious and luxurious apartment and enjoy all on offer here in this delightful unspoilt part of the costa del sol and yet be only a short drive away from the exuberance of Sotogrande and Marbella.

Two golf courses, driving range, hotel, bars, restaurants, horseriding and tennis all onsite in walking distance. The nearest beach is 5 minutes drive. Pueblo Neuvo is a small town which has shops and restaurants and is 5 minutes drive. The larger town of San Roque is 10 minutes drive where there is a weekly market, bullring, casino, shops and restaurants. The Sotogrande commerical center which has a fantastic Cor supermarket is 10 minutes. Carrefour Hypermarket is 20 Minutes. The local port and upmarket marina of Sotogrande is 10 minutes drive. For fantastic shopping, bars, restaurants, beaches, marina and a lively nightlife visit Marbella and Peurta Banus around 35 minutes drive. Historic Gibraltar and it's shopping is 15 mins drive. If you would like to explore the culture and history of Andalusia further - Ronda, Cadiz and Jerez are all within an hour's drive and are full of history and places of interest. While Granada, Seville and Cordoba are around 2hr 30mins drive and are fascinating cities to visit. For those still wanting to venture further on a day trip there are regular ferries to Tangier, North Africa.

San Roque Resort is situated near Sotogrande in the province of Cadiz, this is a wonderful less developed upmarket region of the costa del sol but wih access to all the amenities one would expect. Sotogrande Marina is a short drive as is the jet set night spots of Marbella and Puerto Banus. The San Roque Golf Resort and the immediate surrounding area is a golfers paradise with several top class courses from which to choose

Malaga - 1 hour drive - National, Budget and Tourist airlines.
Jerez - 1 hour 15 mins drive - Ryanair from Stanstead.
Car hire available from all three airports.
