Vacation Rental Description
Nestled in the small village of Peitieiros, surrounded by woodlands and forestry to the rear. With stunning views towards Baiona and it's beautiful bay, this beautiful villa was completed only in June of 2007 and is available throughout the entire year. Boasting it's own private pool in its own grounds, with parking for over 8 cars. This villa is one not to be missed. No expense has been spared to create the ideal luxury holiday. With its own mountain fed well supply, and surrounded by fresh hillside springs that people visit from the surrounding areas.
Situated just approximately 10 minutes from the beautiful bay of Baiona and Spain’s most prized beaches, the Galician coastline is famed for its soft sandy beaches, it is said that you can visit a different beach everyday of the year! With a longer than average summertime, Baiona is where the real Spain can be found, so much so that the Spanish themselves come here to holiday. The property consists of the following:
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1. King size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside units.
Bedroom 2. King size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside units, balcony.
Bedroom 3. Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside unit.
Bedroom 4. Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside units.
Bathrooms:
En suite shower room to master bedroom. Power points, vanity unit.
Family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower, fitted vanity unit, power points.
En suite shower room to 2nd bedroom with fitted vanity unit, power supply. All have separate bidet.
Kitchen:
Modern fully fitted kitchen with intergrated oven, hob and microwave. Dishwasher, double fridge/freezer. Large work surface. Dining table to seat up to 10. Entry phone to main gate. Full dinner service with cutlery and utensils.
Living Rooms:
Lounge including, a 37” plasma TV, DVD, HiFi and home cinema surround sound system. Display units and 3 leather sofas. Large double windows to 2 aspects and large patio doors to front terrace and gardens.
Dining Room:
Large spacious dining room with patio doors to terrace. Double aspect, working log/coal fire, large cabinet and music/CD system.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen provide which are changed weekly. Maid service additionally available if required at 8 euros per hour.
Outside
Large walled gardens laid to lawn with main driveway via electronic gates. Pedestrian footpath to front door via electronic gate with entry phone system. An 8m x 4m pool with Roman step entry and pool lighting with separate shower unit. Tiled patio and dining area with tables and chairs with umbrellas, sun loungers, barbecue area and external lighting.
Distances
This is a small village so a car is essential for travelling to shops, resturants and supermarkets which is 10 mins drive from the villa. This town has every amenity available including emergency services.
The nearest beach of Baiona is approximately 15 mins drive and has pure light fine sand.
Further details
The roads to the town of Peitieiros have recently been re laid along with new paving and street lighting. Access to the villa is via a smaller road and then 20 yard track which can easily accommodate large cars. There are 3 steps up to the front door.

Baiona has a large marina and is full of yachts and power boats of all descriptions,there is charter hire available through the owners of the villa.
