Vacation Rental Description

A Casa da Eira rural cottage: the two-story granite stone house lodges a modern bright architecture. Each of the rooms receives natural light from the 9m2 roof skylight. Have dinner under the stars or take a shower feeling the sun on your skin. The apartment consists of one double room (double bed 135x200) and the equipped kitchen and dinning room on the ground floor. A spacious living room with a view on the river Sil canyon and the bath room on the first floor. Altogether 60m2 which guarantee a maximum comfort playing surprisingly with volumes and light. For outdoor life enjoy the private balcony and patio with dinette. Access to the garden through the b&b.

Hiking and mountain biking in the very near surroundings. Benefit from our self guided hiking network with a total of 10 tracks. We'll give you a handheld GPS and detailed maps for free to enjoy your walking tours. You can start some of the tracks directly from A Casa da Eira. Golf, rock climbing and adventurs sports are a bit more faraway and one would have to expect about 40min driving time. All other activities in the near surroundings or max. 15 min driving time. Water sports rentals: canoes. There is no hiring of mountain bikes, climbing accessories or fishing rods, etc. and private equipment is necessary. Spa at 10mn drive and hot thermal water springs in Ourense a 40mn drive.

High season: Easter holiday and August
A deposit of 40% on the total reservation amount is required which will be deducted from the total cost of the reservation at checkout.
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) accepted. Bank transfer accepted.
Cancellation policy: You may decide not to stay at A Casa da Eira and will be entitled to a reimbursement of all the amounts that had been paid in advance. Nevertheless, the following rules will apply: - If the cancellation is made with more than 7 days in advance or less than 30 days before the date of arrival, we will deduct 40% of the deposit. -If the cancellation is made within the seven days before arrival, you will not be entitled to receive any reimbursement. -If the cancellation is made with more than 30 days we will reimburse the whole deposit.
An extra 19,80€/night will be charged for an extra folding bed for a third person.
