A lovely apartment, ideal for couples and families, enjoys a spectacular sea view. In an excellent location situated on the fourth floor in a nice complex with communal swimming pools, away from traffic yet only meters from two sandy beaches, cafes and shops. 
 
The apartment benefits from new superior quality electric heat the fully furnished lounge/dining room has two double sofa, coffee table, sideboard, dining table and chairs. Television, Sliding glass patio doors lead to a private terraces balcony with table and chairs and sofa to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the sea. 
 
The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, refrigerator with ice box, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c., bidet, and wash basin with illuminated mirror. The large bedroom, also with a sea view, has new luxury twin beds with individual bedside lights and cabinets, a large fitted wardrobe and a set of drawers with cupboard under.

This holiday “ready to rent” penthouse is in a private and secure location, with private parking available to rentals inside the complex, which is outfitted with immaculate grounds and a shallow swimming pool and playground perfect for children. The penthouse is located within waking distance of the Playa de Silga with all the amenities of shopping and restaurants, movie, new supermarkets next to apartment and much more.

    These prices are for an occupancy of one family. A deposit of 40% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
