Spacious Modern Ground Floor Apartment near Moraira
Beautiful modern fully equipped apartment on lower level of the owners luxury villa with direct access through french doors from lounge to large private swimming pool, garden and barbecue area. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with pretty views and is a short drive from Moraira and the typical Spanish town of Benissa and the Jalon Valley. Nearby are the lively resorts of Calpe and Javea and their blue flag beaches.
This accommodation is especially suited to families with children with direct access to the swimming pool and quiet peaceful enclosed garden, This property is protected by large secure gates and only accessible by guests and owners.
Amenities/Facilities provided
The garden and pool are for the sole use of guests. The large private pool (10mX5m) has Roman steps and is 1.2 metres at the shallow end, 1.8 metres at the deep end. The garden which is in full sun from 10.00 a.m. until sunset has a poolside shower. There is a traditional style stone barbecue in the pool area and dining table/chairs for 6 people. There is also a shaded naya for that much needed relief from the sun when things get too hot! Stylish sun loungers, pool chairs and pool towels supplied. The garden and pool have attractive lighting for night time dips and al fresco dining.
Coast/Beach
The small secluded cove Baladrar is our nearest beach and 4 European Blue Flag beaches are a short drive away. The pretty village of Moraira has a large number of restaurants, boutiques, pavement cafes and a beautiful marina with its Club Nautico which is open to the public. There is a large market every Friday morning and a streetmarket every evening during the summer. The bustling and busy resort of Benidorm is only 40 minutes away, ideal for exciting nightlife and plenty of shopping!
There are three courses within easy reach of the apartment. Golf Ifach Club is less than ten minutes drive away. This popular 9 hole course has views over the sea to the Ifach Rock from the Club balcony plus restaurant and pool facilities. Green fees are currently 26 euros for 9 holes, 33 for 18 holes and clubs are available for hire. Twenty minutes drive away is another 9 hole course at Javea and an 18 hole course at La Sella.
Travel
Alicante airport is approximately one hour away and Valencia an hour and a half. Directions to apartment will be provided on request. Airport transport available on request but please note car hire is essential.
Distances
Moraira is a 10 minute drive, Calpe 15 minutes, Javea 20 minutes and the picturesque Jalon Valley is 20 minutes away.

Activities
The holiday resort of Benidorm is 30 minutes away where there are theme parks, many night clubs and music venues.
There are diving schools in Moraira and experienced divers can book trips too.
Golf Ifach golf course is a ten minute drive away.
Moraira has a small but clean sandy beach safe fot bathing for children and adults. A short drive away are Javea and Calpe both with very large sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and bars.
Our pool is large and completely private situated in a pretty garden.
