Situated in Vilanova I la Geltrú just south of the popular beach resort of Sitges and only 30 minutes from Barcelona Airport, this remarkable villa is a rare example of “Neo Mudejar” architecture, an exotic blend of Moorish, Hispanic and Renaissance styles famous for its elaborate colour and details. Built over 120 years ago, the house and the grounds have been restored to their original style, but with all modern comforts now included to make it a truly perfect retreat.

Ground floor:
Extensive salon with Plasma TV, Satellite, DVD, Internet access, direct access to the covered porch with seating areas, lift.
Dining room: with a large table, selection of grocery, music system, toilets, direct access to the grounds and the swimming pool.
Games room: with a pool table, chess and music system.
MustardRoom: en suite, TV, Shower.
Kitchen: 2 owens, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 dishwashers, and all king of equipments.

First floor: with direct access to a private balcony and sun loungers, all rooms provide views over the gardens and grounds and all are en-suite.

The main villa is set on 3 floors with 9 distinctive bedrooms all en suite.
On the ground floor there is the breathtaking entrance hall, the extensive salon and bar (with satellite TV and DVD Bang and Olufsen) with Internet access and a large games room with a pool table, chess and music system. There is a large dining room, the kitchen which has all possible amenities, a double room en suite and the covered porch and seating areas for dining al fresco. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms and another 4 doubles bedrooms on the second floor (all en suite).
The gardens are as stunning as the house itself, as the villa sits in a walled enclosure of 2 hectares of land with a large swimming pool (12x7M), a tennis court, an ornate fish pound, a children play park and a large BBQ area and parking facilities
In total there is a capacity to sleep 20 people in the maximum of comfort. Possibilities exist of extra sleeping arrangements for small children if required

Rates

Low Season Price : €8000
High Season Price : €16000 per Week

Reservations are accepted when accompanied by a bank transfer or credit card charge of the 30% non refundable deposit. The balance plus 1000 euros as a deposit against damages are due to be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement date. If no damages occur the deposit will be returned at the end of your booking. If damages exceed 1000 euros the balance will be charged to your credit card. All payments done through a Visa credit card include an extra 1, 60% commission, all payments done through an American Express credit card include an extra 3,95% commission. A unique booking reference number and confirmation/invoice will be sent. Where more than one person is staying the person making the reservation is identified as the 'lead name' and is responsible for all payments. No correspondence regarding the reservation will be made with any other party.
