Vacation Rental Description

The best points about accommodation:

Ideal located, completely renovated and with a nice terrace in front of the beach. Comfortable, bright fresh and very functional. 3 double rooms. 150 meters away from the railway station. Sheet, towels and dishcloths included.

Very easy access to Barcelona, Girona (just a 60 minute ride on the train) and the Costa Brava.

Pineda de Mar has a sandy, large, high-quality beach and a long and very nice pedestrian promenade, besides numerous sports facilities (swimming pool, football field, sports hall, yacht club). Pineda de Mar is also an ideal place for excursions, hiking or mountain bike, as it lies next to Montnegre natural park, a place of great landscape beauty.

Means of access:
Pineda de Mar is situated in the Costa del Maresme, between the littoral mountains and the sea, 50 km. away from downtown Barcelona and 45 km. away form Girona. Its large communications network with the, the C-32 highway and the train (one every 30 minutes to downtown Barcelona or Gerona) make of it an ideal place to visit the region and to access either from Barcelona airport or from Girona airport.

Hints and Tips:
Privileged centre to enjoy family holidays in a tourist village, well connected though also quiet. Good restaurants, regional cuisine, bike hire, tennis courts, etc.
