Mediterranean style house located on the cliffs, in Torredembarra. Excellent location: quiet area, very close to the beach and the surroundings are perfect to spend your holidays with the whole family. Some parts of the house, such as the kitchen, the bathrooms and some of the bedrooms, have been renewed. The house distribution is a bit peculiar: on the first floor you can find the kitchen, the living and three bedrooms. The rest of the bedrooms are next to the garage, on the ground floor. The house has got a lovely terrace, a patio, a pine tree garden, a private garage and a private swimming-pool as well.

Torredembarra is a very popular and commercial spot. Its location, in the heart of the Costa Daurada, is excellent and it is very well communicated: by road (N-340), highway (AP-7, exit nr. 32) and train. Very close to Tarragona (well-know thanks to its Roman legacy) and Reus. Torredembarra is also very close to Barcelona, 80 km. Its surroundings go from the calmness and the natural charm of the Delta de l’Ebre, the Cistercian monasteries route, the medieval Montblanc, to the lively cities of Salou, La Pineda and Cambrils, basically known thanks to their night life.
If you want to know Torredembarra you’ll have to take some time to have a walk and you will discover the beauty of Els Muntanyans, the Mediterranean nature surrounding the cliffs that hang over the sea, the charm of the old fishing quarter and the marina, where people usually go for a drink and where you can find restaurants, pubs and discos.

The house is called Villa Macarena. It is a typical Andalusian house, which has been renewed in the past years. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the garage and an extra bathroom. Upstairs you can find the rest of the bedrooms: one double and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living and the roomy kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, deep frier and so on.
The strong point of the house is the outdoor living spaces: main terrace, the tower terrace, the main garden surrounding the house, the private pool and the pine-tree garden.

* To book a house and/or apartment, the 40% of the total price has to be paid in cash or by bank ransfer (prior Finques la Torre authorization). * Once we have received the bank transfer, we will send you the rental agreement by e-mail or fax and you will have to sign it and send it back to us. The balance can be previously paid by bank transfer, but it can also be paid in cash when you arrive at our office. We do not accept credit or debit cards. * Cancellation policy. Whenever there is a cancellation, the Spanish law establishes the cancellation fees to charge. To cancel a booking with more than one month prior to the arrival day, the owner has the right to keep the 5% of the 40%-down-payment; with less than one month but more than one week prior to the arrival day, the owner has the right to keep the 50% of the 40%-down-payment. For cancellations made a week or less prior to the arrival day, it's the 95% of the down-payment.
