With more than 300 sunny days a year and thanks to its special micro-climate, Summer lasts longer here than anywhere else in the area.
The villa is situated 15min. by car from Sitges and 10min. from Vilafranca both of which have rail links with Barcelona. The beautiful beach at Sitges together with other beaches at Vilanova and Calafell will satisfy any beach lover. Sitges is a lovely town 35 km. south of Barcelona. It is particularly famous for its long seafront (similar to Nice and Cannes) beautiful sandy beaches, its restaurants, shops nightlife and long winding streets. It is an ideal holiday place for visits to the exciting city of Barcelona, trains run every half an hour from the station at Sitges.

Situated next to the Garraf National Park, the area is a nature lovers paradise.
World famous Cava cellars like Freixenet and Codorniu are down the road . The villa is located less than 50 km south of Barcelona and 70km from Tarragona. A one hour drive from Montserrat. Andorra is within 2 hours driving time.

The villa with its private swimming pool area and large terraces is ideal for family summer holidays.

The Main House has a large living area with a log fire which leads to a large terrace. The large open plan kitchen and dining area also overlook the large front terrace of 9 by 6 meters with distant sea view and refreshing breezes.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
The studio (9 by 6 meters) has it's own kitchenette and bathroom. Ideal for the grandparents to retreat to.
In the private rear garden there is a large swimming pool with large sitting area with lounge beds, chairs, tables, gas BBQ etc. The villa is surrounded by lovely gardens with blooming and aromatic plants like bougainvillaea, wisterias, orange, lemon and olive trees and of course grape vines.
The owners prefer that there should be no smoking inside the villa and studio. The villa is not suitable for disabled people as there are many steps on the outside of the villa.

Transportation service can be provided at additional cost. A car is necessary.
