Truly superb detached large villa offering wonderful accommodation and great views over Sitges.The house has 5 double bedrooms with 3 bath/shower rooms (1 en-suite) 4 levels of terraces, garden and lawn. There is a separate large 2 double bedroomed apartment below the villa with 2 further shower rooms, dressing room, lounge and American kitchen which is also fully equipped. The apartment has its own terrace and dining space.
Private swimming pool.
Garaging for up to 3 cars.
Spacious and very well furnished.
Fully provided with bed-linens, towels and beach towels.
Fully air-conditioned.
Open fireplace in the living dining room which is 78sq metres with walk on terracing that accommodates tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
Large well equipped and appointed kitchen.
Separate large walk on terrace from the master and second bedroom.
Pool deck and garden level with swimming pool and shower.
In total 340sq metres of accommodation on a plot of 770sq metres.
The apartment is availble ONLY in conjunction with renting the house at an extra cost of euros140 per NIGHT.
Superb links to Barcelona and the countryside of the Garraf, Penedes wine growing area and Puerto Aventura and Tarragona. Good golfing, horse-riding.
Facilities
The villa and apartment are very conveniently located for a number of activities. The vibrant and world-class city of Barcelona is almost on the doorstep - best reached by public trainsport with trains being frequent, comfortable and very cheap. See the architecture of Antonio Gaudi such as Park Guell and Cathedral of the Sacred Family and his private houses. See the museums and art galleries devoted to Picasso and Dali. Eat out at some of the best restaurants in Spain and arguably the world! Only 30 minutes from the villa and Sitges is Puerto Aventura a rival to Disney theme parks and with its own waterworld and also from 2008 2 world class championship golf courses. The Roman capital of Spain was in Tarragona which is only 40 minutes easy drive away. The worls largest wine producer (Torres) is only 20 minutes by car and you can see where cava is made at local well run producers. Night life :Barcelona and Sitges
Activities
The villa is located close to the resort of Sitges, which is approx a 6 minute car journey or 20 minute walk away. A car is recommended. We are also only 36 kms from the centre of Barcelona and there are excellent train and road connections into Barcelona.
The nearest airport is Barcelona. Reus is also reasonably close. Girona airport is approx 2,5hours away and not recommended for arrival/departure, although possible.
Sitges has excellent rail links to Barcelona and to Tarragona for Puerto Aventura theme park and waterpark. Road links around Sitges are also very good, especially into the wine growing are of Penedes and slightly further afield Rioja.
Figueres (Dali Museum) and Cadaques are a 2 hour easy drive away.
Excellent selection of Pitch & Putt (Par 3 holes) 18 hole golf courses for euros15 each person and also championship courses in easy reach

Terms are for a deposit of 40 percent at the time of booking, made by IBAN/BIC transfer. Deposit payment may also be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) subject to a 1,5percent processing fee. The balance is due approx 6 weeks before the start of the booking again preferably by IBAN/BIC transfer. All charges for the sender's account. At the time of check in (preferably between 1400 and 2130) a signed credit card manual imprint will be taken as a security printout. if all is well when the house is inspected after checkout, which is by 1100 on the day of departure, the slip will be destroyed. Any charge for damge, breakages - other than fair wear and tear - or leaving the house in an unclean state will be notified and charged to the credit card using the manual slip. (This is a rare event of less than 0,50percent per annum over the last 5 years) Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.
