This comfortable and stylish house located in the Terramar area; one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods of the thriving seaside resort of Sitges. With a 2 minute walk to the beach and with restaurants, bars and shops on your doorstep, you could not be better situated to enjoy all that Sitges has to offer. 
 
The location of the house is ideal - it is central yet relaxing, peaceful and undisturbed by the lively town centre.  
 
There are 4 bedrooms, two double bed rooms with bathroom (suite), 2 singles rooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with 2 single beds. And also has two single bathrooms. 
The living room is spacious and it’s furnished with a large flat screen TV, a DVD player.. It is notable for its beautiful views and the brightness of its rooms. 
The Dinning room has a dining table and chairs and it is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, large fridge freezer. Also provided are all the pots, pans, utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery you would need, should you choose to eat in. 
At the same floor there is a small living room with sofas and a coffee table facing the terrace also equipped with table and chairs. A wonderful place to prepare a BBQ!! 
The Laundry room: equipped with washer, dryer machine and ironing board.
