This house is between Salou and Cambrils, in a quiet place near the beach (just 10 minutes walking). The house has two floors, in the first floor you can find the living-room, a bathroom and the kitchen equipped with all kind of electrical appliance, the secod floor has 4 bedrooms, one with a litter, two with two single beds each one and another one with a double bed, there is space for 8 people. There is a terrace in the second floor and also in the first floor. Outside is the private garden and the pirvate swimming-pool, there is a lot a meters to have a bathsun, a barbecue,and you can find a toilet outside and a shower. A very confortable place to enjoy your holidays.

The house is in Vialfortuny, is a development which belongs to cambrils but lies between Salu and Cambrils is an area full of cottages and houses, three supermarkets, a bakery, bars, etc. but where are all the shops and good restaurants is in Salou or Cambrils. To get to Salou or Cambrils the best option is to take a bus from the coast. To reach the coast from the house on foot takes one 10 or 15 minutes in summer buses pass every 15 minutes in both directions (Salou or Cambrils).
Vilafortuny is a very safe area.
It is a semi-detached house, the house where the tenants are housed separately from the other house by a wall, has its own private garden and private swimming pool, and there are two separate entrances.
