Fantastic apartment only for families in front of the beach and with big swimming pool.

This apartment has three bedrooms, one double sofa bed, two bathrooms (only one with bath), one fully equipped kitchen, one living room and a big balcony with views to the sea.

The apartment is equipped with washing machine, oven, iron, iron board, dishwasher.

The car park is optional and it is situated in the same building.

The apartment has aproximately 80 metres square, it is in the first floor with elevator and there is a luxurious entrance to the building.

It is a perfect place to enjoy your holidays with your kids. You can enjoy the huge swimming pool and the beach is only one minute walking.
The train station of CALAFELL is located 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car. There are supermarkets, cinemas, McDonals just 5 minutes walking.

There is also a long avenue where you can walk, ride your bicycle or skating. In 15 minutes walking you arrive to a very popular area full of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, ice cream shops, ...

Behind the building there is also a park for kids.
