A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. * A security deposit of 250 Euro is required. This is fully refundable provided there are no breakages and the villa is left in the condition it was found and the keys are safely returned to security. * There is a surcharge of 15 Euro per person per night if there are more than 6 people staying.

Beautiful spacious villa in a lovely setting. Lovely big bedrooms and bathrooms and loads wardrobe space and other storage. Private garden which is beautifully kept with plenty of seating in the sun or shade and we loved eating outside in the evenings. The whole site is kept very clean and all the plants and grass are watered and are lovely and green. Only downside to the villa is that there is no air conditioning so 4 stars rather than 5.

Although the pool was shared we very often had it all to ourselves and it was a much larger pool than a private pool would be. Everywhere was very clean and immaculately kept and the villa was ideally situated for the beaches and exploring the area. Even in the middle of August the beaches were quiet - they are so vast there is room for everyone and there is never any litter to be seen anywhere.

Would recommend this villa for a peaceful, relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.
