VIlla Bonmont is a large spacious property set in the Bonmont Golf and COuntry club.
The VIlla has 3 bedrooms, the master room has ensuite facilities and a balcony overlooking pool and garden. There is aircon to this room. Bedroom 2 is located downstairs and has twin beds and a single bed - ideal for children to share. Bedroom 3 has a set of twin beds - ideal for grandparents! There is a full bathroom serving these bedrooms downstairs also. The kitchen is not located off the dining and sitting areas and is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, hobs, iron, ironing board. kettle, microwave. Extensive cooking items also provided. From the kitchen is a laundry area with washing machine and drying area.
The lounge is large, airy and overlooks the pool. There is also a dining area that leads to the terrace which is ideal for sitting outside in the evening with a glass of wine!
The garden is private and surrounded by bushes for privacy and is laid to lawn. The swimming pool is 8 X 4 metres and can be illuminated at night. There are Roman Steps leading into the shallowest section. The pool is surrounded by marble paving. Overlooking the pool is a beautifully ceramic tiled patio seating area and the stone built BBQ is here also. There are also 6 sunloungers for your use.
There are trees providing shade and privacy and the garden and pool is not overlooked by neighbours.
There is parking outside villa for up to 3 cars.

Port Aventura, Costa Carbie and Aquopolis are located 25 mins away by car from the Villa. These are firm favorites with out guests - the majority of whom come with their families to spend days at the theme park and relaxing days by the pool at the Villa.
This area benefits from being close to the mountains and to the sea which means that there are lots of sports on offer. The area is recommended for climbing, hiking, mountain biking and also the beaches provided water sports.

Within the Golf Club there is the sports complex and this has tennis courts, full size 18 hole course, mini golf, community swimming pool, paddle courts, and a gym. There is a charge for using these facilities as they are run by the Bonmont Management Company.

Payment can be made by paypal, cheque or bank transfer - in euros or sterling.
Deposit of £150 held against damage and property being left in serviceable state and is returned at the end of your stay.

Booking terms are 30% taken at the time of reservation and the balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
