    		  Low Season Price: €1,260 per Week
      High Season Price: €1,400 per Week
         

    1. A security deposit is required on all properties as indemnity against damage, breakage and other applicable charges. This fee is 50% of the total rental amount. Please confirm security deposit amount upon booking. The security deposit, less any applicable deductions, will be returned to you after confirmation of property condition. 2. Bookings,deposits for reservations require a payment of 50% of the total rental amount, this will guarantee your chosen vacation dates. All deposits for reservations must be paid by bank transfer. The balance of the rent plus the security deposit are to be paid in euros when checking into the property. If everything is as agreed keys will be given. 3. You should take occupancy of the property between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm and check out of the property between 8:00 am and 10:00 am on your final day. If necessary, please request modifications in advance so that proper arrangements can be made.
