This is an exclusive and quiet apartment in a new urban developed area 1 km. away from the town of Sitges.

It is well communicated by buses and there is a very active town nearby with restaurants, museums, internet, shopping etc...Many sports are offered in the area: horseriding, all kind of watersports, golf, cycling...

The town of Sitges is very well preserved and has a lot to offer. There are superb restaurants and very rare and unique stores. There are also museums and beautifull walks around the town. The museum of Cau Ferrat and Maricel Palace big exponents of Modernism and the Romàntic Museum. You can also explore nearby areas like Vilafranca del Penedés, Tarragona and Barcelona. And the Delta del Ebro, a natural resource area very rich in bird watching.

Low Season Price : €1260
High Season Price : €1400 per Week

1. A security deposit is required on all properties as indemnity against damage, breakage and other applicable charges. This fee is 50% of the total rental amount. Please confirm security deposit amount upon booking. The security deposit, less any applicable deductions, will be returned to you after confirmation of property condition.

2. Bookings,deposits for reservations require a payment of 50% of the total rental amount, this will guarantee your chosen vacation dates.
All deposits for reservations must be paid by bank transfer.
The balance of the rent plus the security deposit are to be paid in euros when checking into the property. If everything is as agreed keys will be given.

3. You should take occupancy of the property between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm and check out of the property between 8:00 am and 10:00 am on your final day. If necessary, please request modifications in advance so that proper arrangements can be made.
