A four bedroomed house overlooking the Bay of Llafranc - one of the most beautiful coastal towns in Spain. The neighbour to Llafranc is Calella which has kept all its charm as a fishing village. The house is set in a community of similar properties all overlooking the sea with a large fully maintained swimming pool in a lush Mediterranean garden. the house has 4 bedrooms with one large reception room and patio overlooking the Bay of Llafranc.there are two ensuite bedrooms and a further bathroom. There is also a downstairs toilet and garage for two cars. the top bedroom has a large secluded balcony which is a perfect sun trap. The main bedroom is very spacious also with a balcony. The patio has a table with a table which will accommodate 8 and a gas powered barbeque
