Villa Maria is a large 4 bedroom property, ideal for families or couples wanting a quiet, relaxing holiday whilst also having easy access to all the activities and sports that the Costa Brava has to offer. It is situated on the lovely private estate of Vizcondado de Cabanyes, just outside the village of Calonge. The 4 double bedrooms sleep up to 9 people, two of the rooms have double beds and the other rooms are comprised of 2 single beds in one and bunk beds and a single bed in the other. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other double bedroom has its own terrace with magnificent views across to the Bay of Palamos. Both double bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is also a shower room upstairs with a wc and downstairs there is an additional wc. The downstairs of the property is open plan with an archway leading from the kitchen to the lounge and dining areas, which look out onto the large terrace and 10 x 5m heated swimming pool and garden. Downstairs has air-con.
