This spacious house was built 3 years ago to a high specification for it's discerning owners. It is set in large grounds on a wooded hillside with great views down to the sea below. It is a peaceful tranquil area and great to return to after a busy days sightseeing or a night out on the town. The garden is still currently undergoing some work and therefore care needs to be exercised in places although children love to explore the grounds. 
 
Because this villa is set in 'rustic land' it is essential that you hire a car to get around. The nearest beach is Lloret de Mar, a 15 minute drive away. However if you want to venture further afield there are many coves and beaches to be found on this beautiful 'wild coast' of the Costa Brava.  
 
There is a huge parking area in front of the house for cars and this can also be used to set up the table tennis facility. The pool is surrounded by a large patio and a changing room is provided outside to save walking or slipping on the marble tiles in the house. 
 
Inside the house there are 4 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and en-suite facilities.Bedroom 2 has a super-king bed and there is a travel cot which can also be placed in this room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds and there is also a comfortable single sofa bed in each room which will allow 3 to sleep in each room in comfort. 
 
The lounge has 2 comfortable large sofas and a large armchair as well as a large pouffe. The dining room has seating for 10 people as well as a table in the kitchen to seat the same. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine.  
 
Girona Airport with links all over the world is an easy 25 minutes away by car and the nearby AP7 motorway can be accessed within 15 minutes. There are train stations at nearby Sils and Blanes which are only 30 minutes away. 
 
The beautiful city of Barcelona is an hour's drive by car or you can take the local coastal train from Blanes and sit back and enjoy the wonderful scenery. This train will bring you right into the heart of Barcelona at the Placa Catalunya. 
 
Inland, away from the lively holiday resorts, there are many villages and towns to explore letting you get the real feel of Spain.  
 
An information pack is available which will give you many ideas and also lists some of the great restuarants that can be found around the area.

The 10m x 4m private pool is heated by solar system and is therefore above average temperature for an outdoor pool.On the large patio there are 10 sun loungers and 2 tables with 10 chairs to enjoy 'al fresco' dining. Here you will also find a swing seat for whiling aaway the time and enjoying the views down to the sea. The kitchen, as are all the rooms,is large and spacious and 10 people can easily be seated round the table.It is equipped to a high standard. The upright fridge/freezer has ice as well as crushed ice facilities with a cold water dispenser which is perfectly safe to drink. On the porch leading from the dining room there is a 3 piece cane furniture suite - perfect for sitting and relaxing in the shade. There is a large selection of music CD's and a few DVD's for you to enjoy. Also in the lounge can be found a large selction of board games.

Waterworld, a large water park, is 20 mins away. There are several good golf courses (including 1 PGA)within 30mins drive. All manner of water sports can be found in Lloret de Mar as well as Blanes and other local areas. 
 
There are 2 Flamenco Shows at nearby Lloret de Mar and Tordera and for those who enjoy the odd flutter there is a small Casino in Lloret de Mar and a new much larger replacement Casino is currently under construction and due to open in 2009. 
 
There are many varied restuarants nearby and they cater for all tastes and the seafood ones offer locally freshly caught fish. 
 
Whether it's lively and fun or peace and quiet this area offers something for everyone

Upon booking a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure. Final payment is due 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday and at that time a security/breakages deposit of €1,000 is also required. Refund of this deposit less any expenses will be made within 14 days of the end of the rental. Cancellation can be made but refund of the final payment will only take place if the villa can be let again within the timescale given. No single sex groups under 30 will be accepted and proof of age wll be required Bed linen is included in the price as is the initial pool clean. If further pool cleaning is required during the stay then there will be an additional charge of €40 payable direct to the cleaner. A charge of €100 is also made to cover the end house clean although it is expected that the villa is left in a clean and tidy state. Central heating incurs an additional charge to be deducted from the deposit/breakages dep.
