The first floor has 2 double bedrooms with single mattresses, wonderful sea views. One separate ivory bathroom with mother shower, large wash basin and WC. One master double bedroom with sea view. Bathroom with jacuzzi bath tub and very large shower overlooking the sea, plus wash basin and WC. 
Features: all rooms are equipped with air conditioning system, sliding windows, plus electrically operating curtains and sliding doors on the ground floor. Modern electric lights indoors and outdoors. All furniture and installations and brand-new since the villa has just been built.
