This modern apartment is situated within a small private housing estate in the rural valley of Solius, a district of Santa Cristina D'Aro.
Although wonderfully quiet and in the middle of the countryside one has use of a large community swimming pool. The apartment is 6 Km from the beach and varios traditional Spanish towns. A car is necessary.
The apartment has one double or twin bedroom depending on necessity, a bathroom with bath/shower and a kitchen which is incorperated within the dining/sitting room. This room has a double sofa bed and also a mezanine balcony with an extra bed. A cot is also available.
The apartment has a balcony with garden furniture and a gas B.B.Q. The apartment is equipped with central heating, full kitchen, dishwasher and access to a washing machine. Bed linen is provided and the prices are all inclusive.
