Charming back-to-back house inside a small private fenced complex, 3 minutes walking to the beach.
It has private fenced garden with barbacue (aprox 40 sqm). The complex has a large green garden (5000 sqm) with 2 swimming pools, 1 for childs, 1 for adults. Also has private parking place for a big car.
It is fully furnished in a very cosy style. With 2 floors, in the 1st floor there is a hall on the left (with chimney and TV), a dining room on the right, close to the american kitchen (with refrigerator, microwaves, washing machine and all the dishes ready to start your holidays) and the stairs in front of the entrance. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms with embedded closets (1 for a couple with terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and another 1 bedroom with 2 beds and folding bed) and also a complete bathroom, with a bathtub.

It is situated between Platja d'Aro and Palamós, and it is only 15 minutes from Calella de Palafrugell, 50 km to Girona's airport.

There are also organized bike tours to the Ronquillo cave, the misterious Fondils stone and dolmen and the Puig ses Forques menhir.
