This detached Villa with PRIVATE POOL is a beautiful base for a fantastic family holiday. 
 
The villa is approached via double gates, giving PARKING and entrance to the front door. The large front TERRACE offers some of the best views of the area. Double doors lead into the open plan lounge,which is furnished with LEATHER SOFAS, FREE VIEW, FLAT SCREEN TELEVISION, this leads to the kitchen diner,which is fitted with a range of cupboards with fully integrated appliances, FRIDGE/FREEZER, HALOGEN HOB, OVEN, WASHING MACHINE, DISH WASHER, MICROWAVE ETC. 
 
There is a fully tiled bathroom with full sized BATH AND SHOWER, loo and sink. One DOUBLE bedroom is furnished with mirrored furniture and has patio doors opening on to the large rear TERRACE. There is also a TWIN bedroom 
 
One the LOWER floor the house has a studio apartment, with a large FAMILY ROOM with a choice of double, or single beds and a double sofa bed. There is an ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM AND LOO and a mini KITCHEN, with microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

    BARCELONA is only 2 hours on the train, and France is only about 30 minutes away
