We offer this house at inexpensive rates between £120 and £470 per week. Why not book a Ryanair Bargain to Gerona, only a 45 minute drive to the house. The villa is well appointed for the perfect holiday. It is on 2 floors, on the Ground floor: the house is entered through double patio doors into the Lounge, which has SATALITE TV AND DVD. There is a LEATHER corner sofa, and a table and chairs. The galley style kitchen has DISHWASHER, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven and hob. The downstairs bedroom is a DOUBLE. The bathroom has bath with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
The FIRST floor has a DOUBLE AND A TWIN bedroom. All rooms offer plenty of storage and a furnished to a good standard.

There is a garden with off road parking at the front of the property. Here you will also find a round garden table with seating for 6 and a large patio. There is an enclosed courtyard at the rear of the house with a BARBEQUE and dining table.

The shared POOL is 50 metres away, and is entered via a locked gate, for safety and security. The pool is private for the use of the community residents only, and a key is left in the house.

The town of ROSES is in a beautiful setting as the Pyrenese come down to the sea. The BAY OS ROSES has one of the longest sandy beaches to be found in the MEDITERANEAN. These 2 factors mean that the area has something for everyoune, from spectacular scenery in the mountains to a wide variety of watersports on one of the many different beaches, ranging from small sandy coves to wild unspoily sand dunes.

Roses was founded by the Romans, each era leaving something different and interesting. The heart of the old fishing village still has quaint streets, where the holiday maker can enjoy a broard spectrum of restaurants, bars and shops. The fishing port and marina add another interesting perspective to the town.

Within a 10 minute drive from the house you can be in the mountains, enjoying the cooler air, and the spectacular view of the BAY.

Roses versatility means that it is the ideal family location, catering for all ages, from teens to retireds!!

Roses is easily reached by ROAD, TRAIN, AND PLANE. The border to FRANCE is only 20 mins from the house and the French Autoroutes offer a quick and direct route from the French FERRY PORTS. The journey from the channel ports can be done in 12hours.

RYANAIR flights arrive at GERONA (BARCELONA) FROM MANY UK AIRPORTS DAILY, Why not book an off peak bargain.

International trains arrive a FIGUERAS STATION 10K away.

Euro bus also comes to Figueras from Victoria London 4 times a week.

There are 7 GOLF courses within a half hour drive of the house which can offer affordable and varied golfing.
If you dont want to take your own clubs we can supply 2 good quality sets.
