Vacation Rental Description
The fantastic villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, less than 10 minutes walk from the village of Tamariu (pearl of the Costa Brava) and the beautiful beach. In the village are exclusive restaurants and golf courses are nearby. The very spacious villa (300 m²!) is ideal for one or two families. The house has 2 floors, with a large living room and fireplace, a dining room and a separate kitchen. Furthermore, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. On the terrace you will find a shower as well.
The Costa Brava, literally the wild coast, is very popular. The beautiful surroundings with small bays and large beaches are inviting. One of the few places in Spain where one can enjoy green surroundings with many pines and oaktrees. In less than 5 minutes drive you will find Palafrugell or Begur, typical Spanish villages, where you can shop for hours and where you can enjoy a drink on one of the old village squares.
For a lot of fun you visit Playa d’Aro where a nice fairground and a splashing waterpark (www.aquadiver.com) are a sensation for the kids. And for nightlife Begur provides a very popular outdoor disco.

    Prices are quoted per accommodation per week. Prices include power costs (central heating up to 20° Celsius) , baby bed, use of tennis rackets and golf clubs. Final cleaning will be added to your invoice. Any other additional services, such as extra cleaning, bike rental etc. are not included and have to be paid locally. The deposit is € 500,-. Payment conditions A payment of 50% of the total rental is required within 8 days of the reservation to Casa Fuera. This first payment confirms your acceptance of the booking and these booking conditions come into effect. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the first rental period. If payments are not received in time, Casa Fuera will have the right to cancel the contract. In this case the rental party stays responsible for the cancellation costs.
