Vacation Rental Description
The MARGARITA-SABINA-PINELL resort is located in a quiet area, not far away from the Platja d'Aro ( Costa Brava - Girona ) town centre and just 300 m. from the most beautiful white-sand beaches. The apartments, featuring a picturesque architecture, are grouped within an area of 10,000 sq.m. with gardens with orange and lemon trees, olive trees and eucalyptus, cypresses, cork oaks, and a large variety of cactuses. The swimming pool, heated in spring and autumn, is surrounded with majestic palm trees and lawn, prompting our guests to refreshing baths and long moments of rest. Besides its manicured gardens and swimming pool, the resort has a parking lot, a recreational area for children, laundry and hairdresser salon. The yacht club, a sailing school, a diving school, a golf course, tennis courts, a riding school, a go-kart track, etc., can be reached within a few minutes walk from apartments.
Facilities
Our solar energy heated swiming pool for children and adults is ideal for the first swim of the year, after Easter. The swiming pool is surrounded by a charming garden with palm tress, olive trees and magnolias. Use our Internet room to send and receive your Emails, surf the web, chat with your friends, etc. Our Internet room also has multi-channel television with dish antenna. We have state-of-the art washing Miele washing machines that operate with a token that is obtained at the reception desk. Do your laundry as your relax in the sun. Take a moment to visit our Vera Line beauty parlour in the apartment complex, to get a new look, skin cleansing, manicure, depilation, pedicure, etc. All the apartments have an assigned car park that is easy to access. Entrance is open 24 hours a day and all the clients are provided with a magnetic key. All the apartments have a strong box.
Activities
Our apartments are located in a privileged area on the Costa Brava (Platja d'aro). The wonderful climate invites you to take long quiet walks on the beach to enjoy the spring and autumn, as well as bicycle tours in the beautiful surrounding areas. Is there a better way to get to know our land and its people? A pleasant bicycle track has been built on the old railway track to Olot, passing through Girona. This route passes through small towns, in some of which the old railway station still stands, gullies and bridges that make you dizzy. The route is well indicated and is an easy and pleasant ride. Besides other sports, there are several golf courses close to Platja d'Aro where you can play your favourite sport under a warm sun, taking advantage of the discounts we have arranged for our guests.There are a range of water sports for sea lovers: boat, canoe and catamaran rental, yacht clubs,water skiing, jet ski, kayaks, kite surfing..

Included in the prices quoted below are the following services: gas, water and electricity. Clean bed linen will be provided every ten days. Table linen, towels and kitchen chloths every five days. Also included are the use of parking space, swimmingpool and gardens. There will be charge of Euros 10,00 per person for cleaning. Each apartment is equipped with its own linen. The kitchen is also provided with all the necessary household implements, including refridgerator. Price of Euros per person per day according to corresponding apartment: The V.A.T.
