Vacation Rental Description
Casa Fuera is to rent up to 6 persons. A large apartment (120 m²) is at your disposal. It corresponds with a private pool with pretty terraces (partially covered). There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and an open kitchen. You will have your private entrance. De Dutch owners are close by to provide you with information and to solve eventual problems in the house.
The house is situated in the quiet urbanisation Mas Tomasi (Masos de Pals), between Pals and Playa de Pals. The Costa Brava, literally the wild coast, is very popular. The beautiful surroundings with small bays and large beaches are inviting. One of the few places in Spain where one can enjoy green surroundings with many pines and oaktrees. In addition the sea is very close by and in less than 10 minutes drive you will find real Spanish villages like Torroella de Montgri and Begur, where you can shop for hours and where you can enjoy a drink on one of the old village squares. The mediaeval village Pals (www.pals.es), no more than 5 minutes distance, is beautifully authentic like Perratellada, where the bars and restaurants make your stay worth wile. For a lot of fun you visit Playa d’Aro where a nice fairground and a splashing waterpark (www.aquadiver.com) are a sensation for the kids. And for nightlife Begur provides a very popular outdoor disco, but most of all Estartit is the place to be.

    Prices are quoted per accommodation per week. Prices include power costs (central heating up to 20° Celsius) , baby bed, use of tennis rackets and golf clubs. Final cleaning and bed linen per person will also be added to your invoice. Any other additional services, such as extra cleaning, bike rental etc. are not included and have to be paid locally. The deposit is € 350,-. Payment conditions A payment of 50% of the total rental is required within 8 days of the reservation to Casa Fuera. This first payment confirms your acceptance of the booking and these booking conditions come into effect. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the first rental period. If payments are not received in time, Casa Fuera will have the right to cancel the contract. In this case the rental party stays responsible for the cancellation costs.
