The beach and all commodities are at 400 meters max, to "cala Montgo" residential area of l'Escala.

    I ask to paye 25% when booking te period, after 25% more two months before your departure, the sold (50%) 15 days before your departure. I send you a writted contract for the renting. The week begin and finish on the saturday. In July and august the minimum period of renting is generally for two weeks minimum in the other periods its for a week minimum.
