Also a must see is the beautiful town of Bisbal for its stunning pottery and antiques shops, only 20 minutes south. For walkers or mountain bikers there is the nature reserve called the Aiguamolls a wonderful natural parkland and animal sanctuary stretching up the coast to the Pyrenees mountains. For the golfer its a kind of heaven with six top class and different courses within 10 to 25 minutes drive. A 30 percent deposit is required to secure booking, and the balance is to be paid no later than six weeks before scheduled arrival. A returnable security deposit of €120 will be required for all rentals. Prices include all bed linen and bathroom towel (not pool towels). Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. Payment is accepted in Euro or as agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser. Changeover Days: On the day of arrival the house will usually be ready for occupancy at 4 pm and on the day of the departure 12 pm is the move out time.
