With its large 8m pool it creates a fabulous private and peaceful environment to enjoy your Holiday. We take great pleasure in ensuring that all of our Guests need are catered for and our Guests can just relax and enjoy our Beautiful location on the Costa Brava. The Villa has a beautiful 8m X 4m Night lite pool whish is surrounded by wide terraces sun beds, loungers and the garden is laid to lawn with the areas to sunbath and areas of shade under the Palm Trees. There is an attractive outside 10 seater lite el fresco dinning area over looking the garden and pool area. The gardens have Sun from the morning to the early evening To the side of the Villa there is an extensive courtyard to park 4 Cars and jet skis or a Power boat trailer which is totally secure as it can only be accessed by the electronic gates which gives the property Privacy and Security. Air conditioning and Heating cost are included in the price The Villa is Fabulous for Children and the Elderly Altrough Supervision would be require for Non swimmers within the pool area. Wifi is available through out the Villa . The Family's Best Friends are most Welcome. The Villa is Fully alarmed. The Villa has one double bedroom with a private bathroom on the Ground floor which is ideal for elderly relatives or any one who has restricted mobility. The Gardens and terraces have wide pathed areas allowing ease of access through out. A beautiful large room with the dining room adjacent, enhanced by a real central Log fire for those cosy nights in, with 2 large suedette Sofas and Wide screen TV, Video, DVD and Wifi. With large Sliding patio leading onto el fresco dinning terrace and Pool area. Thus creating an open and light relaxation area. A daily cleaning and maid service can be provide, Prices can be quoted when final numbers of Guest have been confirmed. Bed Linen and Towels for up to 10 Guests are included in the price as are the Beach towels for the Pool. Bicycle are provide included in the price .

Through ou the season the are various Open air festivals locally with various artist such as the english National ballet, Diana Krall and R.E.M. also being the Birth palce of Dali we have many Galleries and exhibitions and of course the World famous Dali Museum in Figueres. There are 5 Golf Courses within the area the Nearest being the Perelada Championship course 20 minutes away and locally there is a Nine Hole Golf course and Driving Range. 
    The main Beach is located a 6 minute walk away or you are only 15 minute cycle away from the beautiful unspoilt and uncrowed beaches of the Aiguamolls Natural Park.

    We require a 50% deposit on confrimation of booking , this to be paid by credit card of a Bank transfer. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before occupancy. the full amount is payable of the booking time is less than 6 weeks. There is a 300 euros key deposit payable on arrival which will be refunded on departure subject to no damages or breakages. A final cleaning/ Laundry charge of 100 euros is payable with balance of the booking fee. Changeover Days can be flexible outside of Peak season but during the Peak Months Bookings have to be Saturday to Saturday with Departure time at 11am and Check in at 3pm.
