Spacious four double bedroomed town house.Street level entrance with stairs leading to first floor consisting of lounge and dining area with balcony overlooking the street. The lounge has comfy leather sofas and dining area. Plasma TV with English Sky television freeview channels.WiFi internet access if you need to bring a lap top. Across the hall is a large fully equipped dining kitchen with a very large balcony overlooking the village and countryside beyond, steps from the balcony lead down to the terrace and BBQ area where you can relax in the shade of the olive tree. There is a toilet with wash basin on this level. The second floor consists of two double bedrooms with double beds and two double bedrooms with twin beds. On request we can also supply a further fold up single bed and a travel cot for a baby. A bathroom with bath and shower over. WC etc.

With it's stunning Cathedral and charismatic squares and cobbled streets,yet all the amenities of the lively seaside / marina town of Empuriabrava are within a 5 minute drive. The house is spacious and well appointed with Satelite TV and WiFi internet access if you need to bring a lap top. The house can sleep up tp 10 people. 2 minutes walk to shops,bars and restaurants. The village has all the amenities you may require. The house is ideal for a group of friends or two families sharing. The location of the house means you can stroll to one of the village restaurants or bars in the evening with no need to drive.

    A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of booking. The balance being payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment will be accepted by bank transfer or Paypal (add 2% to overall cost for payments with Paypal to cover costs) A security deposit of 150 euros is payable on the hand over of the keys and will be returned on your departure day. A final cleaning charge of 100 pounds is payable with final balance. All bed linens and towels for the villa, airconditioning / heating are included in the price. A "Welcome Pack" is also included.
