Can Gaita was built in the year 1700 and completely restored in the year 2004. It is made up of six apartments (Trobador, Empordà,El Puig, El Bruel, Canigó and Tramuntana), all fully equipped. Ours apartments have a capacity for 2-4 people and include: a kitchen - dining room, double room ,bathroom with a shower, heating, TV, DVD, Wifi... The kitchen is equipped with a cooking hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, mixer and all other utensils.
The apartment Trobador is suitable for the disabled.
All the apartments have table cloths, bed linen and towels.
Can Gaita is the ideal place to spend a weekend or a few days holiday.
The town of Castelló d'Empúries reached the height of its splendor during the Middle Ages, after de Counts of Empúries set up residence there in the eleventh century and de town became the country capital.
We offer you all the comforts needed to make your stay in the Costa Brava region.
A walk through the old town with its many squares, the site of the magnificent gothic Church of Santa Maria, the most important church in the province after the Cathedral of Girona.
The streets still retain the charm and richness which have shaped it down the centuries. The buildings in the heart of the town still conserve its traditional appearance.
