Situated on a steep wooded hillside with pool (8x4m)and superb views over countryside to the south. Within 3kms of a wide range of shopping facilities, restaurants, tennis and golf. Car essential. The house has a large terrace (including shaded barbecue area) and an extensive area of rock garden. Most is completely private. An ideal holiday home in the Spanish style.  
There are three double bedrooms (two en suite and one nearby). Two of the bedrooms have private balconies. Ground floor is air-conditioned and contains open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area leading through a conservatory to the terrace and pool. Perfect for one extended family, or two/three couples. The attractions within 30 mins include beautiful golf courses, dramatic coast and unspoiled medieval towns. A little further away is Barcelona (<1hr) and the Pyrenean foothills. 
Access is very good being 40 mins from Gerona airport and having rapid road access to the autopista (Perpignan to Barcelona)
