Accommodation from 2 to 8 persons on a guest house basis (price per night/per person on request) or on a weekly basis (in summer, min. of 2 weeks rental). Built on 3 levels on a plot of 800 M2 with panoramic view over the bay of Palamos. 4 rooms/3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with two twinned single beds plus 1 extra bed - 1 room with 2 single beds - 1 room with 2 single beds + 1 add. mattress). Large terraces. Summer kitchen with barbecue. Swimming pool 10 x 5 m. Shadowed garden with furnitures. Fully equipped American kitchen with bar, oven, microwaves, fridge, dish-washer with access to the garden. Living-dining room with large glass windows and terrace with stunning sea view. Large and flat screen Satellite TV with international channels (english, spanish, french). DVD, Hi-Fi unit. 4 separate WC, 3 bathrooms. Outside showers. Laundry with washing machine and drying machine. Garage. Prices shown for an occupancy of 7-8 people. Prices on request for less people.

    • Only 3 minutes drive from Calonge, lovely small medieval village with its castle and its narrow shaded streets. The villa is superbly located to appreciate all that Costa Brava can offer: beautiful and clean long beaches, wild cliffs with spectacular sight. Many are the historical and cultural interests including the Dalí museum, less than 1 hour drive, and Barcelona only 100 km away. Performed all year round are festivities, art exhibitions, cultural events, music festivals and concerts. 9 superb golf courses between 15 minutes to 1 hour drive from this lovely villa. Cleaning service can be obtained upon request.

    The prices shown are per week and based on the maximum occupation of the house (3 bedrooms-6/8 people). 30% of total rental to be paid upon reservation, balance to be paid 7 weeks before arrival. In July and August, minimum 2 weeks rental compulsory. Inventory arrival/departure Reasonable electricity/hot and cold water consumption included Maintenance of the swimming pool once a week included. Pool open from April to October. No bed linen/towels included.(15€ per person extra if needed) November till March: extra 40 euros/week for fuel consumption. Charcoal/wood used at BBQ are at the tenant expenses. Occupancy 3 to 5 persons: 10 % discount on the price of the rental (1 room closed) Occupancy of 2 persons: 20 % discount on the price of the rental (2 rooms closed) Weekend: Friday to Sunday (2 nights) Security deposit: 600 € to be paid in cash on arrival, refundable maximum 2 weeks after departure after inventory. Final cleaning: 100 €
