Vacation Rental Description
Collcervera is part of La Pera, a farmhouse founded in 905. It is located in the Catalan region of Berguedà, a region of gently rolling countryside, easy to reach by car, where you will be able to relax and enjoy the silence or, if you prefer, choose between the wide range of activities the zone offers. 
 
The Collcervera farmhouse is divided into two completely independent units: Cinc Alzines (sleeps 6) and Font de la Tosca (sleeps 4), which can also be rented as one (sleeping 10). The site additionally features two other completely independent properties, La Vinya (sleeps 5-8) and La Foranca (sleeps 4). Outside, apart from the surrounding countryside, occupants of each property have their own private garden and barbecue, along with communal facilities including a garden with swings, slide and sandpit, a games room with table tennis and table football, free Internet access, a swimming pool for adults and another for children, as well as the beautiful natural views. 
 
To welcome you to Collcervera, we will offer you half a dozen of our tasty organic eggs , freshly laid by our own chickens and a homemade bread of wholemeal organic flour. 
 
 
Cinc Alzines (6 pax) 
The ground floor of the property features a living room with open fire, television, DVD and DTT, with an open plan design leading on to the dining room and kitchen. On the first floor there is a bathroom, two bedrooms and an en suite bedroom with its own bathroom. Cinc Alzines has central heating, and the kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, liquidiser, electric oven and ceramic hob.

Font de la tosca (4 pax) 
The property has a living room with open fire and television, DVD and DTT, along with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom, all on the first floor. The ground floor features a spacious hallway and a games room. Font de la Tosca Cinc Alzines has central heating, and the kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, liquidiser, electric oven and ceramic hob.

La Vinya (6 pax) 
The ground floor of the property features a living room with open fire, television, DVD and DTT, with an open plan design leading on to the dining room and kitchen. There is also a toilet and laundry area. On the first floor are the three double rooms with fully fitted bathroom, one with bath, and a landing with a sofa-bed. La Vinya has central heating, and the kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, liquidiser, electric oven and ceramic hob.

Outside there is a portico with a barbecue and a very spacious garden with swings. 
 
La Foranca (4 pax) 
The property has a living room with open fire, television, DVD and DTT, with an open plan design leading on to the dining room and kitchen, a disabled access bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom, all on the first floor, accessed directly by ramp. La Foranca has central heating, and the kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, liquidiser, electric oven and ceramic hob.

Outside there is a portico with a barbecue and a private garden. There is also a small kitchen alongside the barbecue, making it perfect for outdoor dining.

    • You will find the beds already made up, with one bath and one hand towel per person. The kitchen is well stocked with washing-up liquid, dishcloths, tea towels, bin liners and tablets for the dishwasher. The dining room has a tablecloth and paper napkins, and there are candles and wood for the fire in the living room. We also provide detergent for the washing machine, a clothes horse, ironing board and iron, a first-aid box and charcoal for the barbecue. The properties are not stocked with personal toiletries, hairdryers or any food or drink.

    • The orography divides the region in Alt and Baix Berguedà, and both areas offer a wide range of activities for any kind of visitors. 
     
    For those who love trekking there is Long Distance Trails (GR) and excursions of different intensity along marked paths. The GR-1 TR14 crosses Collcervera grounds. 
     
     
    Possible walks from Collcervera include: 
     
    * Route 1: Collcervera - Olvan 
    * Route 2: Collcervera - L'Ocata 
    * Route 3: Collcervera - Salvatella 
    * Route 4: Collcervera - La Pera 
     
    You'll have also the opportunity of practising BTT on specially marked paths, and horse ride through forests and fields. If you like the snow, you can ski or run down a slope with a sledge at the Rasos de Peguera Ski Resort. But if prefer something less physical, you can choose among the variety of cultural visits available in the area, like Sant Vicenç d'Obiols (pre-Romanic), Sant Quirze de Pedret, ...
