Elegantly furnished with modern equipment this apartment has all you need for a convenient Barcelona holiday.

There are two single bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with one single bed, along with a master bedroom with a double bed for an undisturbed night’s sleep preparing for the next day’s adventures. In the lounge there’s a big sofa for relaxation, a TV with DVD and a dining area with seating for five. The master bedroom and lounge both have big windows facing the building rear side. Your own bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home while staying in exciting Barcelona.

Hot and cold airconditioning, flat screen TV, a DVD and CD player with radio, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, a complete set of kitchenware including; fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, coffee maker and water kettle. Note that since the apartment is in a 20th Century modernist building no lift is available. The apartment is on the 4th floor.

Take a few minutes stroll and find yourself in the middle of the popular El Born area filled with nice restaurants, hip bars and unique shops, followed by the Gothic Quarter known for its beautiful architecture. Walk a few minutes more and arrive at Las Ramblas – the pulse of Barcelona – where you will encounter street performances, food stands and plenty of good shopping possibilities.

To escape the buzz of the big streets, just pass the famous monument “Arc de Triomf “ located on your street and enter the City Park – Parc de la Ciutadella, only minutes away. Feel like going for a swim too? – No problem! The beach is only some minute’s walk further away. Our Sant Joan apartment allows you to find all of Barcelona’s hot spots within walking distance. When your feet get tired or if you want to go for an excursion a bit further into the city, there are of course also the metro or bus lines that will conveniently take you to these places.
