Beautifull apartment located in the upscale neigborhood called L'Eixample. The apartment can accommodate 6 people, but if you have a larger group, we have 2 pull-out beds for your convenice. The prices will varie based on the number of people. The weekly rate for 6 people is 1200 euros (high season) or 1000 euros (low season). Please enquiry for last minute discounts. There is an olympic indoor swimming pool just 1/2 block from the apartment where you can purchase daily or monthly passes. There is also a gym in the premises.

Low season 1-2 people 100 euros - Weekly 500 euros 3-4 people 120 euros - Weekly 600 euros 5-6 people 150 euros - Weekly 700 euros High season 1-2 people 120 euros - Weekly 700 euros 3-4 people 150 euros - Weekly 900 euros 5-6 people 180 euros - Weekly 1100 euros 20% Deposit at the time of booking. Balance due on arrival in cash. I can accept payment by credit card, paypal and bank transfer. 10% penalty if cancell with 30 days advance written notice. 20% penalty if cancell less than 30 days advance written notice. No refund after the apartment is occupied.
