A second floor apartment with staircase access. A good sized living and dining area with a double sofa bed. This area can be closed from the rest of the apartment. Fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher and washer. A separate shower room with shower, WC and handbasin. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and wardrobe and has an en-suite bathroom containing bathtub with shower over, handbasin, bidet and washbasin. Bedroom 2 is small and has a single bed and closet.

This is a very good standard apartment located on a pedestrian street in a quiet area in between the Borne and Gothic quarter, just 100m from the Paseo de Colon; there are shops and restaurants close by, and it is a short walk or bus ride to Barceloneta beaches and no more than 10 – 15 min walk to the famous Las Ramblas.

The building has been totally renovated in 2007.

There is also a communal roof terrace on top of the building where you can enjoy your morning coffee looking over the roof tops of the Barcelona city.

Important: Please contact reservations if you wish to book more than one apartment in the building. A security deposit will be required.

Low Season Price : €875
High Season Price : €1268 per Week

We require a 50% deposit including TAX.
All bookings have an additional 50€ cleaning fee.
1. If a client cancels his reservation at any time, a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount will be applied. This amount is NON refundable.
2. Cancellation between 60 - 29 days, the cancellation charge will be 30% of the total amount.
3. Cancellation between 28 - 14 days, the cancellation charge will be 50 %.
4. Cancellation between 14 days and 0 days the cancellation charge will be 100 %
Any cancellation, including force majeure, must go by our clear and simple cancellation policy.

If for any reason beyond our own control, including force majeure, Visit Barcelona S.L. should be unable to provide the client with the property he has booked, we do reserve the right to transfer him, upon agreement, to a similar property. If the price is less, the difference will be reimbursed to the client, if higher client won't be charged.
