We require a 50% deposit including TAX.
All bookings have an additional 50€ cleaning fee.
1. If a client cancels his reservation at any time, a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount will be applied. This amount is NON refundable.
2. Cancellation between 60 - 29 days, the cancellation charge will be 30% of the total amount.
3. Cancellation between 28 - 14 days, the cancellation charge will be 50 %.
4. Cancellation between 14 days and 0 days the cancellation charge will be 100 %
Any cancellation, including force majeure, must go by our clear and simple cancellation policy.
If for any reason beyond our own control, including force majeure, Visit Barcelona S.L. should be unable to provide the client with the property he has booked, we do reserve the right to transfer him, upon agreement, to a similar property. If the price is less, the difference will be reimbursed to the client, if higher client won't be charged.
