The building is in an art nouveau style and each apartment is recently designed. The location is one of the most exciting and centric of Barcelona. You have excellent views to \"Las Ramblas\" and to the famous \"Palau Guell\" by architect Gaudi, from the terraces, or charming views towards Plaza Reial. Liceu Opera and Boqueria Market are just 1 minute walk away and it takes only 2 minutes to walk to either the seaside or to the Cathedral in the Gothic area.

The apartment is newly furnished with one or two rooms with king\'s double bed, a private closet and livingroom with excellent views to either ramblas or plaza reial. Private kitchen fully equipped to prepare your own meals and breakfast. The apartment has one private bathroom and if you are 5 or 6 people there is an apartment with 2 new bathrooms. Parking: there is a public parking 1 minute walk from the apartment available at the city general rates of 20 EUR per night.
