Girona Design B is a bright and pleasant apartment which has been entirely refurbished in September 2007. With its pure deisgn decoration, its use of quality materials and its views on the trees of the elegant Eixample neighbourhood with its impressive 19th century modernist houses, it is the ideal location both to live the daily life among the locals and to explore the city and its historic spots on foot. 
 
The apartment is located on Girona street, only two blocks away from Urquinaona Square and the famous Gran Via avenue. Plaza Catalunya and the Old City with the Ribera and Sant Pere area are only a few steps away. All around you will find the elegant and practical shops, restaurants and bars so typical of the Eixample district. You will arrive at the underground stops Urquinaona (red and yellow lines) and Monumental (purple line) within a five minute walk, though this location is also great to reach many places on foot. 
 
This 65 m2 apartment is situated on a third floor (with elevator, though there are eight steps to do on foot). Its livingroom with sitting and dining area and American kitchen give out on the street, with pleasant views on the typical plane trees and lots of natural daylight coming in through the large balcony. Thanks to the satellite TV you can enjoy many international channels. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed oriented towards the inner patio and therefore very tranquil, the other one with a single bed and an extra bed, overlooking the street (with double glass) and thus more bright than the main bedroom. Both have a wardrobe to stock your personal belongings. A bathroom with shower completes the offer. The washing machine and dryer are conveniently hidden in a small separate room.

    To confirm booking, it requires a prepayment of 35% of the total rental fee upon booking either by bank transfer or credit card. The outstanding amount as well as the security deposit will be paid on the day of your arrival. Price includes agency fees, weekly cleaning, bed linen and towels, Internet, water and energy fees (up to 150 €/month for stays over 30 nights). Cancellation conditions: cancellation 6 weeks or more before arrival: 20 euros administration fee. 6 weeks or less before arrival: no refund of prepayment.
