It is 3 double bedroom apartment, one bathroom with bath and other bathroom with shower, salon and kitchen office. Two small balconies. It was completely restaured in 2008. 
The apartment is located in the Gothic area - Plaza Catalunya. The centre and the best area of Barcelona, the heart of the Barcelona. Its narrow streets, its history, its antique buildings and palaces, its small and lovely shops, its centenary theatres and operas, its typical "bares de tapas" and local restaurants,... The apartment is in a pedestrian area, without noises. It is very well communicated by Barcelona's public transport (there are 5 metro lines, several bus lines, aero bus direct to Barcelona airport, train station,..) just at one minute walking from the apartment. Barcelona beaches are just 10-15 minutes walking or 10 minutes by metro from the apartment. Although the apartment is in a fourth floor without elevator, it is worth to rent it!
