Location



Located in the Eixample district in the centre of Barcelona, this apartment is just 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia church, the last and greatest of Anton Gaudi’s buidings and still unfinished after nearly a century of work.

Nearby you have one of the stops for the Tourist Bus which provides you with an easy and relaxing way to see the city’s most important tourist attractions. Alternatively, a 20 minute walk from the apartment brings you to the Born and La Ribera areas. Both brilliantly preserve the look and feel of historic Barcelona with their narrow streets, gothic architecture and crumbling stone-built mansion blocks. Nowadays the areas have an agreeably modern and bohemian atmosphere.

The apartment is also a short walk from Passeig de Gracia which is famous for its modernist buildings and luxury shops.

The neighbourhood is safe and tranquil and has good transport connections: just 2 streets away from the apartment there is a metro station (Monumental, line2 ) and you’ll find a supermarket almost next door. And the best Basque restaurant in Barcelona (Gorria) is in the next street.

Cancelation Cancelations within 30 days to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount to the Credit Card. Cancelations within 15 days to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount to the Credit Card. Cancelations within 7 days to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount to the Credit Card. Credit Card Information Your credit card shall only be used to guarantee your reservation and in accordance with the clauses hereto. Payment Remaining amount, 70% of total cost must be paid in cash or credit card at check in time. Arrival & exit hours Check out must be maximum at 10:00 am, anyway the luggage can be stored until 09:00 pmon weekly days in our office located in Sicilia number 159, 6th floor 2nd door. On your arrival day we will meet you in the apartment from 01:00 pm. If your arrival to the apartment is later than 10:00 pm we will charge you 30 euros extra.
