Cancelation Cancelations within 30 days to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount to the Credit Card. Cancelations within 15 days to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount to the Credit Card. Cancelations within 7 days to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount to the Credit Card. Credit Card Information Your credit card shall only be used to guarantee your reservation and in accordance with the clauses hereto. For confirm the reservation you must pay the 30% Payment Remaining amount, 70% of total cost must be paid in cash or credit card at check in time. Arrival & exit hours Check out must be maximum at 10:00 am, anyway the luggage can be stored until 09:00 pmon weekly days in our office located in Sicilia number 159, 6th floor 2nd door. On your arrival day we will meet you in the apartment from 01:00 pm. Arrival after 10pm means 30€ extra.
