Vacation Rental Description
Apartment located in a Modernist building of the XIX century by the architect Puig i Cadafalch. The appartment is very comfortable with a big living area and an open plan kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms which accomodate 7 people. Located down the street from the Palau de la Música, a 5 minutes walk from the Historic Center of Barcelona and Catalunya Square. Very well communicated with all kinds of public transports: Metro (Urquinaona), Bus, Tourist Bus, Train Station. Its strategic location allows for comfortable walking tourist areas such as las Ramblas, Born, Gothic Quarter and Barceloneta (beach Barcelona area). In this area are located buildings like the City Hall, the Cathedral and the Church of Santa Maria del Mar, the main museums such as the Picasso Museum, the Museum of the City and the main shopping area, restaurants, typical tapas bars and clubs.  
From the airport to Barcelona there are three ways to get to the apartment. By taxi, train or bus. By taxi you have to take Gran via and go down towards via Laietana. You have to get off the taxi at the door of the appartment. By bus you take aerobus, which leaves the airport every 6 minutes. It leaves you in Plaza Catalunya.From there you walk towards plaza Urquinaona, turn righ at Via Laietana and then left at Sant Pere mes alt, it is a 5 minute walk. The train leaves the airport every 1/2 hour. It leaves you at Passeig de Gracia. From there you have a 15 minute walk to the apartment or you can take a taxi which will take about 3 minutes and cost about 5-6 euro.

    		  Low Season Price: €199 per Day
      High Season Price: €225 per Day
         

    - The basic price is per occupancy of 4 people. There is a surcharge of 15 euro per person per night. - Price includes all appliances in the apartment and linen. - there is a one day rent discount per week. - We charge 15% of the rent as a reservation fee in advance. This payment can be done by paypal or by bank transfer. - On arrival to the apartment, the rest of the rent will be paid cash. - We charge a €200 deposit. - We charge €50 euro cleaning fee. - Any check in or check out done after 9pm or before 9am will have a charge of €30. - The amount of guests will be the one arranged in the reservation. Any additional guests will pay the difference stipulated in the prices per person.
